Cancelation & No Show Policy for In Salon Appointments
For Bridal & Group Bookings, please refer to your signed contract with us for your Cancelation Policies
to protect our artists, LBB requires a credit card in order to reserve your appointment.
per our policy, we require 48 hours courtesy notice to cancel or reschedule your existing appointment.
we require a card on file via our secure square system for all appointment reservations.
please note: we will charge a cancellation fee based off of the duration of your appointment as follows;
within 48 hours cancellation - subject to a 50% appointment charge
within 24 hours cancellation or no show - subject to a 100% appointment charge
please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice,
we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list
miss the opportunity to receive our time. our appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance via courtesy text message and/or email, because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks ago.
since the services are reserved for you, a cancellation fee will apply and be charged.
please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled reservation, we will not be able to guarantee that you will receive the full services scheduled to be performed by that stylist and will be considered as a no show. our team will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Services
we do not offer service refunds as we both guarantee and take pride in our work, consistently educating our artists with
upgraded techniques and customer service here at Lockstar. dissatisfaction in service results must be expressed within 4
days of the service and the client must return IN PERSON to the salon for the work/results to be evaluated and inspected to
determine if the dissatisfaction is warranted. no photos or videos are accepted. if a client is unwilling to return to Lockstar
Beauty Bar for review/evaluation, then the complaint is considered meritless and nothing else will be done. once an in-
person evaluation is complete, a complimentary correction appointment will then be conducted to satisfy the service
previously given. Lockstar Beauty Bar reserves the right to enlist the services of the initial service provider to fix, correct,
and otherwise work with the client to achieve a satisfactory service resolution. if a satisfactory service resolution cannot be
achieved at the return color correction visit, then the money associated with the service sale will be deposited as a credit
into your Lockstar Beauty Bar client account. no refund of money is given.
Products
please choose your beauty product carefully and ask one of our staff member to assist you with product consulting before
purchasing products to find the product/s that are best for you. you will be able to try them with one of our staff members
using our opened stylist station product prior to purchasing. Lockstar Beauty Bar does not refund or swap products when
a customer has a purchase 'change of mind' or when a customer makes a wrong selection. customers may only receive
either a refund, exchange, or credit where goods are proven to be faulty.
Gift Cards
no refund of money is given for the purchase of gift cards.
Right to Refuse Service
Lockstar Beauty Bar reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.
